Before you proceed any further, please note the following important information:

Access to the ‘Football Manager Live’ Service (‘the Service’) is intended for users in the United Kingdom and Ireland only and the Service is only available in English. The Service is a massively multiplayer online football management simulation game provided by SEGA Europe Limited (‘SEGA’) which allows you to interact with and play against other online users.

Before you get started and begin to enjoy what Football Manager Live has to offer, it is very important that you read and agree to the following sets of terms and conditions:

• Subscriptions Payment Terms - This details how our charges work and highlights a number of important factors you need to be aware of before you provide any payment details.
• Football Manager Live Conditions of Use - This sets out the basic rules which you need to be aware of and comply with during your use of the Service. More details will be provided regarding the practical rules and regulations which users must adhere to as we move closer to activating the Service.
• Football Manager Live Privacy Policy - This tells you what we do with the personal data which we collect from you whilst you are accessing the Service.

These documents above, together with additional documents and notifications which SEGA may provide you with from time to time, constitute a legal agreement between you and SEGA under which you are permitted to access the Service (together, ‘the Agreement’). The Agreement will be accessible from your Football Manager Live ‘My Office’ Tab and in the bottom navigation on the Football Manager Live website and may be updated periodically throughout your participation in the Service. It is your responsibility to check the Agreement regularly for updates. Any such updates will automatically be incorporated into the Agreement and you will be deemed to be aware and have accepted such updates.

YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO ACCEPT FURTHER ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS BEFORE YOU ARE PERMITTED TO ACCESS THE SERVICE. IF YOU ARE UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO AGREE TO ANY OF THESE DOCUMENTS UNFORTUNATELY YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ACCESS TO THE SERVICE AND YOU SHOULD NOT PROCEED.

NO RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

The Service will be accessible immediately following delivery of an email by SEGA accepting your subscription order. As a result, you will NOT be entitled to a ‘cooling-off period’ during which you can cancel your subscription order. THEREFORE, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UPON DELIVERY OF AN EMAIL BY SEGA ACCEPTING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ORDER YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD YOU HAVE SELECTED. The above does not affect your right to cancel the Service at any time following commencement of the Service, subject to payment of the Subscription Fee, in accordance with the Agreement.

These terms and conditions do not affect your rights under law.
